· Cure Your Headache: Magnesium
One of the best natural remedies for fixing a headache is magnesium. It is even much safer than having a painkillers. One of the most common characteristics of people that suffer from migraines or headaches on a regular basis is low magnesium. Take 200-600 mg of it a day and it will reduce the amount of headaches you will get. It is a widely available product.

· Adopt a Gluten-Free Diet
When people with a gluten sensitivity have foods that contain gluten, it will often to lead a headache. Many people don’t realise they have a gluten sensitivity and will continue to eat gluten. If you start to notice a correlation between your diet and headaches then try and eat gluten-free products. Try it out for three weeks – if nothing happens then you it isn’t gluten sensitivity – if something changes then you know what the cause is.
· Lavender & Peppermint Oil

· Hydration
Drinks such as alcohol, sugary drinks and coffee all have dehydrating qualities – this can result in us getting a headache. Replace some of these drinks from your diet with water and you might see an improvement. If you can’t stay awake without your coffee then try eating nutritious produce such as cucumbers or celery to stay hydrated.
· Do Some Stretches
If you work in an office and spend a large amount of time sat in one place, this can cause headaches. Try doing some yoga or other stretching activities once you have finished. It will help relieve the tension in your body, making you feel much calmer. Not only will it help relieve any headaches, it will also help keep you in shape.
